Transition & Leadership Coaching

"You help me connect the dots," my first client once said. Those words never left me. They are what I do, and what I once longed for. My journey wasn't an easy one. It was one of continual reinvention — living across continents, bridging cultures, navigating motherhood, marriage, divorce, loss and healing, shifting careers guided by the same purpose, and stepping into entrepreneurship. Through it all, I learned to reconnect with my core amid the noise, and to shape a life I genuinely look forward to waking up to each day. Years in international development working with grassroots communities and organisations taught me one thing: real change begins within people, not systems. That realisation led me to coaching, and inspired my writing. I help others reclaim their own light, express their truth, and come alive fully. Because when one person finds alignment — mind, body, and soul — it ripples outward into everything. With a revolutionary heart and a seeker's curiosity, I write, create, and dance my way through life, endlessly believing in the possibility of transformation.

Core Values
Freedom. In its deepest essence is to live our full truth with a liberated mind. Daring to make choices that align with our core. Free from borrowed beliefs, old patterns or even reactions to what may hold us back.
Authenticity. Being all of you, the funny, silly and quirky one. The world needs the real version, not the perfect you! We are a mosaic of experiences, encounters, and everything inherently us. And life is too short to spend it behind a mask.
Connection. Building deep genuine relationship with ourselves, others, and nature. Experiencing wholeness, oneness and belonging.
Growth. Embracing our evolution, following our curiosity, and trusting beyond what’s visible.
Leadership. Moving with vision, intention, empathy. Inspiring others through presence, integrity and resilience.
Creativity. Authentic expression, celebrating diversity and cultural blends. Our mistakes? They're not flaws, but part of the design.
Humor. Even when life feels heavy, choosing grace and laughter can be medicine for us and others.
Simplicity. Less is more. Resetting priorities allows flow. The goal: lightness and peace. The goal: to breathe.
Balance. Like music, life only flows when everything is in rhythm. Every area of our life deserves care and that's how we show up fully.
What lights me up!
Dance & movement, art, soulful conversations, outdoors with my kids, travel, laughter, horses, and simple authentic living. I’m happiest when I’m learning, connecting, and sharing what I discover.
A glimpse into my story..
The subtle beginning..
As a kid, my main wish was simple: that everyone feels joyful. That's it. If I look back, nothing troubled me more than noticing despair or a sense of powerlessness in someone, regardless of their age or where they stood in life. Because if I had one positive belief that accompanied me from an early age, it was that everything is possible. I would look around and wonder why something so natural seemed so difficult for so many people. I was often told, “You find everything so simple!” It made me question myself like my way of seeing the world didn’t quite fit. I was also told I wasn't scared of anything — how daring, they said. And I was. Even as a tiny, quiet girl. I chose the longest slides, always swam beyond the red flags, wished to climb high mountains and always approached strangers with curiosity. Yet, growing up sensitive and deeply attuned to my environment, my courage slowly faded under the weight of others’ fears and protection. I started to shrink. From there, the desire to empower others grew with me.
Seeds of Purpose..
Two passions have always guided me: art, through which expression flowed most naturally, and science, which fed my curiosity about life's big questions. And then there was dance, the language I turned to when words and logic weren't enough, the place where I processed what I couldn't yet name. Apparently, I danced before I walked. I'd hold onto the edge of a table just to move the second music started. Each fed a different part of me and though I couldn't yet see how they would ever converge into something purposeful, they were quietly preparing me for everything that followed.
Choosing what to study was never straightforward. I couldn't box myself into a single discipline. Art felt too narrow without the depth I craved, and pure science felt detached from the human stories I was drawn to. Not ready to commit to one thing, I found my way into economics and political science, broad enough to hold my curiosity, specific enough to feel grounded. Specialising later in public policy felt like the closest thing to a direction: a window into how societies function, how decisions shape lives, and where real change is possible.
Working across public institutions, community development non-profits, and world-leading multilateral organisations, I worked with people on the ground navigating daily realities shaped by failing systems. I met people across every layer of society — farmers, labourers, families in informal settlements, and urban communities on one end; government employees, ministers, and international experts on the other. That layered complexity made one thing undeniable: the disconnect between ground reality and the structures profoundly shaping the quality of human life. Clearly, real change doesn't trickle down from systems. It starts with people. My roles evolved over time, but the thread running through all of it never changed: a deep desire to be part of what makes people's lives better and to lighten, in some small way, the weight the world carries.
A turning point..
A few years ago, my life looked ideal on paper: a family of four, living in sought-after places, promising careers. Yet behind that image, everything was falling apart. What others saw as success felt like my cage. I lost inspiration and sense of self, getting out of bed became heavy. Then, a shift happened when I turned inward, the place most of us avoid. Through isolation and setbacks, survival turned into a quest for meaning. Trees and plants taught me more about growth than people did. I began to write, and my children became my first and most profound reason to do so. I wanted to pass on to them everything I was learning about life and about myself, for the day they would be ready to receive it.
One of my ongoing struggles was quieter but just as real: how to hold the privilege of my own life without guilt, while staying honest about the weight millions carry. I had seen two extremes, those who disconnect from reality entirely in pursuit of ease and joy, and those crushed under hardship or even in their pursuit of helping, with no room to breathe. Neither felt right to me. I couldn't look away from the world's struggles, but I also couldn't live in permanent heaviness. Slowly I came to understand that joy and awareness are not opposites. They need each other. One without the other is incomplete.
Over time, what I was healing and discovering felt too valuable to keep within those pages. It started as a whisper: what if this could reach beyond my own walls? Learning to trust what I was sensing, it started to gradually feel like homecoming. Not because time worked any magic, but because I was seeking answers determined to find them, despite the loads I carried and often without support. My entire storyline transformed, I deeply reconnected with my truth, and I can barely recognise the version of me who once felt disempowered in almost every area of her life.
Now, I flow through life lighter and braver, letting uncertainty be my playground and a gateway to possibilities. One door opens after another— and for the first time, I trust where they lead. I believe everyone deserves to feel this way and no one should have to find their way there alone. This is why I now hold space for others, to be the presence I once needed.
Why coaching?
Coaching was never a plan. I came from international development, driven by a desire to improve lives. At heart, I am a creative: writer, dancer, artist. Yet, somehow coaching found me. Over time, people noticed. Suddenly, friends, acquaintances, even strangers would say things like, “Your words changed my day,” “how can you be so clear?” “Talking to you helped me, you're a coach.” That's when it all clicked: my struggles, my hard-won lessons weren't just my own — they were a gift. What took me a decade to live, learn, and refine is now mine to share so others don't have to search as long, or carry it alone.

I continue to be inspired by minds that have opened mine — among them:

Alongside my reflection and lived experience, their wisdom carved a path of liberation.
Today, it feels like a rebirth.

Beyond my work..
I don't dance. I express through movement — a language of presence and raw expression. The same qualities I intend to bring in every space I hold.
Of all movement, tango spoke my own language. In its structure and flow, its discipline and creativity, its intensity and softness, its daring and vulnerability, its connection and self-possession. A dance of the paradoxes that have always lived in me.
Growth isn't just a mindset shift. It's embodiment. And in dance, I found a space that holds my contradictions without needing to resolve them.
