• Booking, Payment & Session Policy

  • Introductory Call: Your first 30-minute session is free.

  • Payment: Programs are paid in advance.

    • 6-session program: Full payment before starting.

    • 12-session program: Payment in two installments — before the first 6 sessions and before the second 6 sessions.

  • Refunds: once booked, payments are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling:

    • 6-session program: Up to 2 sessions can be rescheduled. Sessions canceled beyond this limit are non-refundable.

    • 12-session program: Up to 4 sessions can be rescheduled. Sessions canceled beyond this limit are non-refundable.

  • Discounts and privileges

    • 15% off for students, single parents, unemployed individuals not part of a family/partnership, or emerging freelance artists.

    • Job-seeking refugees and displaced individuals are eligible for up to 40% off.

    • Sign up with your email to receive occasional offers and discount codes.

    • 24h notice for rescheduling

    • Refund policy: please note that once you have signed up for  our program, you will automatically receive a confirmation email, we do not offer any refunds. This is why there is a free trial call and programs are paid half part in advance. which means midway if you decided to discontinue, you may not commit to the second part of the program​​​
